Dear Summer,
I am writing to you as to a friend whom I have not seen for a long time. It has been several months since we last talked, but I heard that you will slowly start your journey towards us, towards the Northern Hemisphere. I am really looking forward to it and by the way I hope you have had a great time so far in other regions and that many people have enjoyed your charms.
I hope you are aware of the fact that your presence brings happiness to all of us. And how could it not be so? When the days are sunny and long, our hearts beat to the infinite rhythm of joy. I am telling you the truth, you can see for yourself. Even Mother Nature is getting ready for your arrival.
She called your sister Spring to prepare a welcome party for you. Our days are warmer and sunnier, the meadows are greener, and the gardens....!? Our gardens are dressed into the nicest and most colourful outfits.
Just look at these little flowers! Their scent is calling all the little bees to wake up from the winter sleep and buzz around a pleasant music. The same happens with the fruit trees. I think they are already dreaming about the sweet fruits that will come with you.
I don't want to talk a lot about me. Still, I am letting you know that I am fine and that I enjoy all my days regardless of the season (but you know that you are amongst my favourite ones 😉).
Well, this is a short letter, dear Summer, but hopefully you get my vibes that are wishing you a safe arrival in some months. See you soon and until then your little sister Spring is reminding us about the beauty of life through this colourful flower party. 🌞

Thank You. 😘 The flowers are so nice, maybe simple and the common ones my mother has had since many many years, but still, they are celebrating the spring, the life and announcing the arrival of the next season 😊

I’m not sure if they celebrate it here yet, but in Argentina it’s mainly a party for teenagers, who go to parks, get together, have picnics or head to the beach... there’s far too much alcohol involved... it’s not exactly wholesome fun in many cases... I prefer flowers.

To be honest, I strongly believe this is one of the most beautiful times of the year, when nature awakens and slowly gains back color. The 2nd one is during autumn for sure 😁
