The world have grown to accept the fact that what Men can do our women can do better. This I believe is not just a mere saying but back by these women actions. Over sometime now women have contributed greatly to the development of many counties. At some past, it was quite difficult to elect a women as a president. But somehow things have change, we have women who are holding higher positions to the extend of becoming President. Italy recently has elected a woman to lead them and that is so great.
Over here in my country, the situation is not far from reaching as compare to some years where women were only understand to be in the kitchen. This affected many women to acquire higher education.
No wonder women literacy rate in Ghana and Africa is somehow higher.
But over the years, women have come to the frame and they are really doing greatly.
I met these amazing talent whom the society taught they are not meant to be in school. I realized for myself education is what you can probably do with the knowledge you’ve acquired and how you can inspire others with it.
Just take a look at this.
The pictures above depict how these ladies are trying to do something for themselves. These products that they are using is one of the common things that in the past were exported from other countries. But at the moment with the training that they received from us, if I say us I mean where I worked, we train and equip individuals to start their own business and we organized a training on bead’s-making for them and now see the wonders they are doing.
On hive too, we are fortunate to have a woman in the Hive Empower Community borehole project and she is really doing great.
I’m so happy the trend has change now. Women are greatly impacting our world, let’s support them. Notwithstanding, their contributions on Hive, is super amazing.
