Thank you for listening, and here is the secret to the seven-day roll:
Get into a community or two or three that you LOVE, and connect with the leaders and readers there by posting regularly and commenting. Learn to present quality REGULARLY ... once a week, then add a day, and then another... get to around 3-4 times a week, and then...
Use Peakd's drafting to work on longer content a bit at a time while posting shorter content, and also use the scheduling function to put content up to post in advance so that you can do large productive sessions of work and spread it out over the week AND create break days on which PeakD posts on schedule but you rest your mind.
