I couldn’t agree less with this your wonderful submission. Even as someone who is a newcomer in the hive blockchain, I still feel a responsibility to welcome and interact with other newcomers who just joined.
And as you rightly mentioned, supporting newcomers should be a collective responsibility to motivate them to create quality content.
