It's spring time and I decided to go on a crypto cleaning trip. I realised there is a lot of dust in many places and I wanted to get rid of it. Just to make things clear, I'm not talking about physical dust but about small amounts of crypto that are often called dust.
Tokens lying in places that I forgot
I took the time to go through a big quantity all of my bookmarks on my browser and I logged into accounts that I had almost forgotten about. In the past, I used to claim free tokens from many places: faucets, ptc, other blockchains... In some places, I found some doge, ltc, wax and other tokens. I tried to bundle these tokens and send them either to my crypto.com credit card or to the hive blockchain over hive-engine.
Dust NFT's
I also realised that I had a big amount of NFT's on WAX that I wasn't using at all. Since I don't expect these NFT's to go up in value, I sold almost all my Alienworld planet NFT's on the market and even some NFT's that I have no idea where I got them from.
I have a lot of NFT's on the wax blockchain and for many of them, I have absolutely no idea where I got them. I sold the ones that were worth something on the market
When you collect dust, something valuable can come together
Ok, it's true that it took me quite some time to do that but finally I manage to send 1.8 LTC to my credit cards and the equivalent of about 140 swap.hive to my hive-engine wallet.
I bundled a lot of dust from many different website on my faucetpay account. From there I filled my credit card
This was a very profitable crypto spring cleaning. Now I can pay for some grocery shopping on one hand and I can add some tokens towards reaching my hive goals.
The next step will be to do this spring cleaning for my hive related assets. The advantage is that I will be able to do all my work in one place but it will definitely take some time to get rid of the dust ;-)

This is a good method because such things are not seen by humans for a very long time and they remain lying around. The advantage of this is that after seeing all the things that are not useful, the person eliminates them.

That's a good idea to do some cleaning... I would have to do it myself, but I think I will do it when/if we hit the next bull market... If I would do it now, I suppose my "dust" wouldn't be worth more than real dust... lol... 😂

In the crypto sphere, we always receive a bunch of tokens that we hardly know where they came from. I hardly check them. Great that you find value in the dusts lying around making the spring cleaning to turn out profitable :)
I probably do that once a year so in the meantime the dust accumulates ;-)
The funniest thing about crytopolvo is that sometimes it adds up to a good amount that you didn't count on.

On Hive-engine it's a kind of never ending story with new tokens coming in every day :-). However it's a good idea to do it from time to time.
Seriously! I keep receiving new tokens I've never heard of or seen before! I find ways to use most of them, either through staking, delegation, or liquidity pools. I like keeping things reasonably clean and organized! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

On wax, you need some RC to perform stuff and you can stake some for that. I don't really know how much you need :-)
I think we all should clear this dust and as a result, should buy tokens that really worth holding. I have also some dust, that I will clear soon.
It's definitely a good idea to get rid of this dust and buy stuff that you want to hold :-)
I cleared out a lot of my dust earlier this year. Most anything less than a penny in value.
