Good evening the Alive family. Today is the last Saturday of the month of November 2021. It is a law within my province that on such days people must embark on general cleanup and/or sanitation exercise. Today was no exception.
The sanitation exercise usually starts by 7am and end by 9am. Movement of people as well as vehicles are restricted except those on essential duties like health workers and cases of emergency. One can also be fined, if caught by the environmental taskforce, for loitering around without engaging in the sanitation exercise.
As we were gutting grasses one thing caught my attention, the presence of a flamingo.
As we were cutting the grasses, the flamingo was seen chasing after locusts, crickets and other insects which were chased out by our activities. It must have eaten enough of it today.
Just as the flamingo enjoyed itself today without making serious efforts or toiling so hard to hunt for food, that is also the same way God places us in profitable positions where we reap benefits therefrom even without struggling so much for it. He blesses us and provide all the necessaries of life for us without us knowing even knowing same. Stop complaining and thank God for his goodness and mercy. Am alive, so you are!
