Everyone is going through something remember that, be nice
Sometimes it is easy when we are struggling to not see what others are going through, not to mention not all of us express our challenges vocally.
If you think no-one cares it is just more likely that they are distracted by their own challenges in life, rather than not caring about what is happening with you.
Be sure people, are not bending over backwards to accomodate you in your times of trouble before lashing out with selfish expectations.
Sometimes it is easy for people to overlook what is being done for them in the background by those around them as they wollow in their despair.
I find if i am in a mental or emotional struggle that reaching out to others struggling and helping them, often will help me find a path to resolving my own challenges.
However i do feel the need ocassionally to get space and just take in the beauty nature provides without all the chitter chatter.
I am so thankful i live in the counrtyside because their are lots of secret quiet spaces one can go to find solitude and really think.
It is important as we go into a new week to not only be physically ready but to be mentally and emotionally ready for whatever the week brings to us.
It is all part of the journey the paths we take are by choice regardless of the challenges we face along the way, bad shit happens to all of us, deal with it.
Whatever you believe in, start that energy right and stay true.

From what I've been seeing, most people are experiencing quite challenging and intense times. It's where we are in this Great Awakening, all hidden issues are bubbling to the surface with ever greater vigor. Kindness, compassion, and understanding is necessary all around.
I'm also very grateful to live so close to nature. At this point I could not imagine living in a suberb or city.
