I will ask them to deep dive into themselves first. things they are strong at, make a mapping of their aptitude, and understand their own psychological and behavior first. Then suggest them to do activities, from exercise, charity work, public serving and others engaging themselves with older generations. It helps them alot understanding that the world do not circle around them, everyone are SPECIAL not only themselves
I have enough with telling youngsters about getting a career on their passions. most of them are full of thoughts about how great they are, success follow the hardworking ones, and many misleading positiveness which lead them to choose easy earning careers such as social media influencer or streamers.
I'm amazed how many young people dream of this kind of job. It's definitely a very trendy acitivity but it's possible that it won't exist anymore in a couple of years...
