RE: We Are Alive! September 24th, 2022 Joy in the Tent

Honestly man, no lie, you've got to be the greatest role model for children. Growing up, my father wasn't always around. He was a trucker, then worked in construction. Most of the time we spent together was us working to help build up his construction business.

I kind of wish things were different, but I've learned the importance of constantly working and providing. Yet, I want to have something like you got. I don't have any kids, just my niece and I'm doing things with her that my father didn't have the time with me.

Balancing family and work... bringing family to work is important to me. Cheers from Florida.

Balancing family and work.

It's always a challenge balancing these, even working from home. My wife and I decided before we were married to do as much as possible together, and by extension with our children also. I hope my children see the value in this and do the same for their children. It's how culture changes.
