#AliveAndThriving: Make And Priorotize A Daily Task List To Be More Productive
One of the best ways in which to be more productive with your time is to have a daily task list, you plan it out each day before you start the day, and then follow it and check off each item as you go.
As we all know unexpected things can happen throughout the day and which requires you to adjust your task list, to account for this then give each task a prioroty, either Must Do or Want To Do, this way you can easily adjust the task list on the fly without spending time on replanning.
Once you have your task list you focus on the task at hand and do that until it's done, this eliminates distractions, which can otherwise be a time theif.
All of this together makes you use the time you have in a more productive way.
One more thing is to work on minimizing the number and size of the tasks that you do each day, this to be able to focus more on development, which is what moves things forward, and this is also something that I need to work more on myself as well.

Having a task list made a huge impact on my productivity! I have to start using the must do, want to do method I usually go for the easy ones first and end up not doing some of the more boring but still important ones 😅
Yeah a task list let you get things done, and as to what order to do them, I have some that needs to be done on a specific time rather than in a specific order, while others can be placed where there is time for it.
As to the Must Do and the Want To Do, I color code them to make it easier, and something might also be a Want To Do one day, but a Must Do on another day.

I agree, having a daily task list is very important and helps to make you more productive. I need to take the extra step in labeling them as "must do" vs "want to do". Also, allocating time for development has been one of my downfalls so my list just keeps getting longer due to that. Take care.
