Nevertheless, we tend to dwell in the past or worry about the future when we are afraid. Understanding that we are safe and alive right now will help us face our fear. Our bodies are functioning flawlessly right now, and we are STILL ALIVE. Even now, the lovely sky is visible to our sight. The voices of our loved ones can still be heard in our ears, and we can still speak of the exquisite creations made by his hands because, in fact, WE ARE ALIVE.**********
