Hello! How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It's the alive and thriving report on Monday, November 24, 2025.
Monday was a busy day at work. I consulted 45 patients in my chamber. It appears that the severity of the flu season has diminished somewhat, but we are still seeing people with flu symptoms. However, we are getting a good number of other cases as well!
One of the common scenarios of a diabetic is that he/she stop medicines on his/her own. It put the patient in great danger. Such a patient came to me on Monday whose blood sugar was over 500 mg/dl. He wasn't on his medicine for the last 2 weeks! It's nothing but an attempt to harm himself!
On Monday, I couldn't walk on the treadmill. However, according to the Fitbit app, I was able to make over 9000 steps on the day!

Busy day brother @hafiz34.
It's dangerous, skipping medicine can effect other organs as well. It's ignorance at it's peak.
Indeed. It is dangerous to skip the regular medicines.
Thanks, brother!

That is kind of suicidal acts, by those people! They fail to understand that!
