We made a special breakfast today and ate it so much that I was full till the evening

A very high residual diet!! 🤣 What was the menu? It most likely something containing meat.

Anyway, a kinda different post, without a quotation.

I think it’s very important to go out for some walk or activity specially during the winter.

No doubt. Not only in the winter. It is equally important throughout the year.

        it was a vegetarian diet actually. Something fries and that's why it was so heavy 😀😂
