This is very true. And in Islam, it is one of the fundamental message for us, Muslims. According to us, the ultimate success is the success on the day of Judgement. But for getting the success, we need more people around us to be successful via our efforts. We can't leave others and go alone.
The same thing is applicable in our worldly affairs. If we include others in our success, we will get the ultimate satisfaction.
