life's challenges never sent us a signal beforehand, but comes unexpected and directly at us

My experiences have proven this true, trials come unexpectedly and can hit very hard. Can never be fully prepared, but we can be ready and quick on our feet to overcome the challenges and prepare physically and mentally as best as we can.
