It's a remarkable thing when my three-year-old (just turned 4) is making breakfast for the family. She has lots of help from mama, but she's doing a bunch all by herself.
While mom cuts up mushrooms for our breakfast hash, my daughter cracks the eggs into a bowl. The two-year-old admires the mushrooms and watches his big sister.
She cracks the egg on the edge of the bowl and carefully drops the contents in and puts the shell carefully back where it was in the carton for the compost.
She's doing a great job. Someday, my girls will be making breakfast from start to finish. Right now they're still learning the basics. Mama cut up sweet potato into small cubes, added some pre-cooked potato shreds, chopped up onions and mushrooms. Sometimes we add spinach for some green. Then we add turkey sausage crumbles. Cooked all together it makes a fantastic breakfast, enough for everyone!
These days, it takes a dozen (!!!) eggs, one large sweet potato along with the other ingredients to feed everyone. There was only a sandwich bag's worth of left-overs! My family is well fed, enjoying good food.

Teach Your Children Liberty from Sin
We encourage parents to teach their children principles of Godliness, beginning with the Word and an understanding who God is and what His Son has done to form a relationship with us.
No one can lay a foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ. If anyone builds on this foundation using gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, or straw, his workmanship will be evident, because the Day will bring it to light. It will be revealed with fire, and the fire will prove the quality of each man’s work. 1 Corinthians 3:11-13
Teach Your children Liberty from Tyranny
Second to this is the principle of self-determination and freedom, lest we loose the ability to teach our children the first principle in future generations.
Our children read the Tuttle Twin books, specifically to learn libertarian principles, which most people learn later in life. These books are useful for our family, and yours, to teach children concepts that seem complicated, but are made simple in these books. I am an affiliate for Libertas Publishing, your purchase will help our family grow financially.
