Okay, there's usually a post to that effect every Friday. Click on the post and scroll to the poll, choose your preferred nominee and then, click on vote. Comment on the post to indicate your participation.

Friend, I click on the person on the list but it takes me to their profile, I don't see where it says "vote"
Don't click on the person's profile, click at centre , on the name of the nominee
I click on the name and it takes me to their page. Is that correct?
When you click on any of the nominee you want to vote for, It should enable the vote button, then you click on it
