The voting thing is quite tricky. So on Hive, your vote carries more weight, the more hive power you own. On hive-Engine it's the same but with staked Workerbee tokens. Hope it helps ;-)

It took me quite awhile before I realised this wasn't quite the same as the Hive Power voted witnesses.
I'm not sure how much power (probably non-existent) I have for this different witness voting, but I've thrown in my vote. Hope that helps in it's own small way.
On hive-engine, the governance token is WORKERBEE and it needs to be staked. Unfortunately, most people don't have any of those :-)
Liotes is doing great and all my WORKERBEE is delegated over to Zoltan's pool. So I am sure it's already put to use voting for the HE witness.

Not much until you get the funds for the new pool. I'd understand if the rate at which you collect the needed BEEs will not be as high as before, but getting back to top 20 HE witnesses would be great.
Yes, it would help a lot... We are on the edge and have some plans for the future if we get the "stable" Top 20 position... But, I suppose that it will take some time...
