Hello everyone, how are you all doing? I hope fine. So here is my post in #IAMALIVECHALLENGE. So I will start at 12:00 Am my father brings some dry fruits to eat me and my family sat together we eat a lot of dry fruits it felt great and actually my body was demanding that as it is winter and the dry fruits really help to keep the body temperature normal. So after that, we talk about different things politics, social problems, stories, and many things.
And 2:00 Am we sleep which was quite late. I sleep sound and with pleasure and it was a peaceful sleep and then at 10:30 am I woke up. As usual, I take breakfast of TEA and PARATHA, so I didn't think to post a picture of that as I do that always. And doing breakfast I just sat on my laptop and post many blogs today. Links are Below
SHOW SOME LOVE ON THAT TOO
Then in the evening I mostly go to my rooftop or go outside my house to see nature and to enjoy it. And I am very thankful to God who gives me this life and nature to please us. So today when I go to my house rooftop the atmosphere was pleasant with a breeze air It was great. So I thought of showing some creativity and here it is
My rooftop has got some Craters on it, so have put some cement on it and there was some water on it and that is what I need. As you all can see
At that, I watched a Movie name "SAVING THE RYAN" by Matt Demon one of my favorite heroes. The movie was about World War II and it was worth watching.
After watching the movie I boiled some eggs for myself as I love eggs and it gives power(calcium, protein) to your body.
And my days end like this and now I am here making a post on @iamalivechallenge

Nice to know that you attempted yourself to repair the Craters on the rooftop, instead of hiring a professional. Knowing these simple tasks are necessary in our life.
Eating fruits and eggs daily, enjoying nature from the rooftop or during walking outside etc. are healthy activities. However, IMHO, one thing you (and we all) are doing wrong is ; late night sleep, hence late morning waking up. In such way, we are missing all the benefits of a fresh morning. We need to change our life in these perspective as well.
Yep, you said it right. That's why to keep myself in routine today I woke up at 6:00 am.

Keeping that in mind the next I travel to a cold place.
Saving private Ryan is a great classic.
And you can't go wrong with eggs. I have about 2 or 3 each day for breakfast. Boiled, fried or scrambled.
