Nice to know that for the last several days, you are waking up early at the morning and doing all your activities with a satisfaction. That's really a good thing to do but most of us, including me, aren't able to do on a daily basis.
You have talked about negative or bad experiences. However, we also can have a good or positive experience in our life.

It has now become a habit for me to wake up early every day. However, I try to wake up the day before the new day. Then I will have the opportunity to increase my mental and physical strength. Early awakening of the mind is a good foundation for doing all the work of the day. With the busy life of today, it is difficult to accomplish every day, but it is our duty to strive.
