I was surprised to hear that you do not go to bed early. I usually sleep around ten at night. I rarely wake up until around 12.00 at night. This is because sleep is a very important factor in maintaining good health. The value of sleep is well understood as you can make the day even more refreshing if you go to bed earlier and wake up earlier.
