I hear you. When I first started, I didn't know anything about anything and it was quite a learning journey.
Now, at least we have a lot of groups that are willing or have it as a purpose to help newbies.
It is a whole new world here...

        btw. do you know about Actifit? That is a dapp on the blockchain rewarding you for activity... It inspires me to almost daily get to 10,000 steps :)

          Haa Just joined Actifit!

          I've been exercising (QiGong and Dancing) every day (almost) since March and I wish I hadv'e know about Actifit then! 🙄
