I basically sit in front of the computer as soon as I get home. I stay for about 5 hours during the week and on weekends it's probably double that.

You are doing great compared to others here... including myself...

I basically sit in front of the computer as soon as I get home.

My problem is working FROM home, so there is no "getting home", which means screen time all day! 😂
