I really like your mindset Ben. I have carried a lifelong illness with me and it is like you say, we need to try to live with it and adapt. Perfection is an illusion. I hope the Marcus Gunn Syndrome is not so bad, I didnt hear about this before. Wishing you all the best.

    Thank you my friend that is it, no one is perfect even if they seem so we all have our flaws and baggage.
    Marcus Gunn Syndrome is a rare eye defect, it shouldn't cause her too many issues and is only really noticable if she gets tried or when she is eating.
    Basically it is the muscles, and nerves have developed different causing a widening of one eye.
    She has the rarest kind which is better in some ways as it is less noticable but it will need regular checking and she will always need her perscription for glasses increased over the years.
    They don't know what causes it.

        Thanks yeah she will be fine she is super smart, confident and social, funny thing about flaws is it adds to our character and is part of the story @mypathtofire
