Be Happy always despite all the challenges that we encountered daily. Is it possible? Yes! Problems aboard and they are stressful. No matter how little it seems, it's challenging and discomforting. Can one be happy in the face of problems?
All the problems are not the same and varies among people but while some people's problems are much and they are still happy while others feeling depressed and sad in the time of difficulty? It's lies on their mindset. Some people believes that all problems have expiring date and can't last long. They believe that solution will always comes and that time solves a lot of problems too. It works for them. They don't look sad and doomy but cheerful all the time.
Everyone can be depressed and needs encouragement. Don't think that everyone is fine. Some are sudicial even as they are looking happy. Meet others and ask them how they are coping and be practical in helping them. You can save a life!
