Whenever one is satisfied, that one is enjoying and have a best lifestyle ever. Being happy does not mean that there is no worries and anxieties over events of daily living or unrealised expectations. Rather, having a balanced view of life and its tendencies.
Having the life basics and being contented over what one owed and sustained upon will contributes towards a happy lifestyle. The basics of living might varies but constantly needed by everyone. They are food, clothing and shelter. Having these three, one should be happy and never worry about other things of life.
Being healthy is a gift and should be valued. It means more than absence of diseases and can diseases or sickness be totally eliminated? I dont think so because its causes are rampant and common around us. But having a positive view despite health challenges can be termed as being happy. Cultivating those habit that promotes healthful living should be encouraged. Proper sleeping, exercising, good food and shunning stress of all kinds will be helpful.
Unhealthy habits like smoking, gambling, excess drinking etc and bad entertainment choices should be avoided. Although its addictive but can be managed effectively to promote happy living.
