Even if a Hive account is manually used to vote, then there should still be a standard way to measure how many votes (of particular Voting Percentages) per given period of time will qualify the account as "active" (relative to automatic curation if also used). 🤔🤯🤓

The "active Hive authors" would then be much easier (with a simple metric such as "posting or commenting at least once a week") to measure relative to "active Hive users". 🤔🤓
