If the #HiveEngine network which is the largest second-layer network here on Hive becomes down for quite a length of time, then that means smaller second-layer networks (especially #Honeycomb) are (much) more likely to continue to encounter such problems. 🤔🤯🤯🤯

What I meant on my previous comment is that since #HiveEngine as the largest second-layer network on Hive encounters problem quite often and for quite some time, then other networks also built on top of Hive that have fewer node operators and lower total token worth in terms of HIVE are more vulnerable to those problems !INDEED. 🤔🤯🤯🤓
