Their customer support is terrible!😳
Several times I’ve been locked out and it took hours to resolve the issue that wasn’t even on my end!🙄
Unfortunately, Washington state doesn’t allow too many on ramps for crypto at the moment hopefully this will change in the future!😇

So it wasn't just me then! How on earth can a large company like that be run in that manner? It just doesn't make sense. Yeah, some states definitely make it quite difficult, and I think it will change everywhere soon! 😁🙏💚✨🤙

I can trade with a VPN, but on ramp and off ramp I basically have COINBASE in Robinhood in Washington state!🙄

Ditto that, Mike, post haste! Yikes, yeah, that is a bit of an unpleasant situation. With the developments that are coming to Hive, I'm pretty sure that soon we'll be able to use Hive assets, or any crypto assets for that matter, in most places. I can't wait. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

There's the thing that it's better to trust people you know about their experience with putting their money on certain companies rather than simply browsing for (random) reviews online. 🧘‍♂️ The problem there arises when you personally don't know anyone who used the service of a certain company before you put your own money there. 🤯🤓
