I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 7 years now. It's still astounds me just how passionate that I've become about investing, leveraging, and growing assets, and also how good at it that I've become over the past four years. I'm so verbose in how I describe investing now because there are multiple significant nuances about it that I want to highlight. I'd say that what I do is Strategic-Synergistic Investing and Asset Leveraging. Yeah, it's a bit wordy, but it gets the point across.
Investing is so much more to me than simply creating a consistent and stable income for myself, so that I may one day be able to live off of it. How I see and experience it now is as an elegant art, a fascinating science, and fun and exciting game, because it encompasses all of those aspects for me when I do it. I'd also say that it's a vocation for me too, because it can be used to very effectively assist, help, and support others as well, which is always my desire and intention.
It's very heartening, exciting, and motivating to see that what I've learned and put into practice is bearing ever more and larger fruit (regardless of what the fiat prices say), both for me, and from the asset-management work that I now do for the We Are Alive Tribe (for all of you!). It's been a little over 10 months since the leadership and ownership of the We Are Alive Tribe was transferred to us, and since I've been leveraging and growing Alive Tribe assets. Things have come a long way, but I've still got a lot of work to do to create multiple robust and stable streams of assets and abundance, so that we will be able to share more with y'all, our community.
The SWAP.HIVE:PWR diesel/liquidity pool has gotten my attention again in a big way, both for me, and for the We Are Alive Tribe, since on my own account it is now my largest single source for daily SWAP.HIVE (in total I receive a little over 2 SWAP.HIVE every day from this pool, from my HP leases, from payouts for holding BBH, and from other pools), eclipsing even my star performers, HP leases. The Alive Tribe's HP is all needed for the community, so I can't really use any of it to accept leases, which means that putting more investment focus on the SWAP.HIVE:PWR pool is the way to go to grow our investment liquidity. I've already begun to add liquidity into this pool once again, on my account, and for the Alive Tribe, and I'll continue to so so moving forward for the foreseeable future.
The longer that I've been investing and leveraging assets, the more I've gotten a sense and feel for it, which helps to clarify and focus my investment decisions. These investment 'spidey senses' have served me very well indeed I'd say, and more so all the time, and believe me, I'm just getting started!
Yesterday, Monday, I left the Flow House, after finishing up my Hive-Blurt-We Are Alive Tribe tasks, by around 2:15PM, giving my attention first to some photography for my posts, and a little sunbathing on the trampoline in the Peanut Lawn, while the sun was out. Once the sun was dominated by clouds, I went to the Landing to help Chelsea to clean and organize the Landing a bit. She was really wanting some more of my special spiced-and-seasoned popcorn, so I prepared another batch, for us to enjoy as we worked. After working in the Landing, I went to chop and dump bad/used coconuts at the upper coco bar, and to tidy up the area a bit. With that completed, I took a quick asset-management break up at the Flow House, after which I washed a few more jars in the Landing, and I took the trash to Woodstock. Upon returning to the Landing, I collected my jar of leftover superfood fire coffee, and with that in hand, I made my way back to the Flow House, to begin my evening Hive-Blurt-We Are Alive Tribe tasks, and to catch up on my Hive notifications. I had to pause that for 2 hours, to go attend the Monday community logistics meeting, returning to the Flow House immediately afterward, to get back to Hive. Due to my two hours lost, and the abundance of my notifications, I wasn't able to get through them all before I had to stop around 12:15AM, to do some asset management, and then to go to bed by about 12:30AM. I woke up about 6AM, having slept well, doing more asset management, going to make my superfood fire coffee in the Landing, then returning to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just before 1:15PM, so it's quite a good time to wrap this up, so that I may get to my few other important Hive-Blurt-We Are Alive Tribe tasks, before leaving the Flow House a little later in the afternoon, to focus first on photography for my posts, collecting coconut water and coconut meat from several younger coconuts to begin another round of kefir fermentation, and then community/land work. 2025 Life Goals
1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.
2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.
3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.
4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.

@tydynrain: as I've been checking out a few things, now that I was having some time to spend to read, I came to another question, now on the #aliveandthriving project. As you know I'm continuing to use the hashtag in my Actifit posts.
Now I saw that I've got a "payout" from 0,001/day for "holding Alive"
How can I increase this? Or what do I need to do with my Alive tokens to get a better benefit out of it.
At the moment my Hive.engine status looks like this:
I haven't been doing anything with it for a long time and I don't know any more where I'm delegating these 244 Alive (I think to AliveM?) and with which purpose (was this to get these 0,001 Hive/day?).
Now what are the benefits of keeping my Alive in Balance, staking them and / or delegating them to AliveM?
Or aren't there any advantages or benefits except to move them all to stake and from stake to delegation? I !HOPE you could help me out here with a SHORT note ;-)

Yep, we recently started sending out HIVE in the daily ALIVE dividends for held and staked ALIVE, which is something that I wanted to do that I knew the community would appreciate, and which would help everyone grow their HP more quickly. The more ALIVE that you hold and/or stake, the higher the HIVE payouts (and other tokens). We're also pulling in more HIVE than we're sending out, so we'll be increasing the amount of HIVE sent out for the ALIVE dividends, and for HP delegators soon. When you receive liquid ALIVE, you can stake them immediately, or hold them until Tuesday to participate in our ALIVE Powerup Day/ALIVE Staking Day on @alive.chat, where you can win ALIVE delegations.
Liquid ALIVE in your wallet will give you daily HIVE payouts too, but staked ALIVE gives double the pay. I'd either stake your ALIVE now, or wait until APUD on Tuesday. You can see to where you're delegating your ALIVE via PeakD and BeeSwap, among others, and they would also allow you to recall the delegation if it's no longer useful. The HIVE that you receive is for the ALIVE that's in liquid and staked (including delegated) in your wallet. ALIVEM is our ALIVE miner token, which gives you more ALIVE when staked. If you delegate ALIVE to any of several Alive Tribe accounts, you'll receive ALIVE weekly. If you delegate HP to any of several of our Alive Tribe accounts, you'll be paid weekly in HIVE. You can delegate ALIVE and/or HP to @aliveandthriving, @alive.chat. @aliveandsocial, @youarealive, @wearealive, @iamalivechalleng, @heartbeatonhive, and @thelevelupgame. Staking offers the most benefits, as you'll be able to tip ALIVE past certain holding levels, you'll receive more ALIVE daily, and you'll receive more HIVE and various layer-2 tokens daily. Delegating ALIVE will help you gain more ALIVE. I'd suggest participating in the regular @alive.chat community challenges, and @benthomaswwd's @heartbeatonhive regular contests, as you'll be able to win more ALIVE, and several other useful and valuable tokens too.
