I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 5 years now. Not your keys, not your crypto.
That simple sentence quite succinctly expresses exactly why the type of wallets that we have here on Hive, and other sovereignty-driven blockchains like Qortal, Deso, Bastyon, among others, are so incredibly important. On centralized exchanges (CEXes) those who run the exchanges hold the keys for the cryptpcurrecies that are deposited and traded, and as such assets can easily be stolen or frozen, with little to no recourse to recover them on the part of people who thought that such assets actually belonged to them. This cannot happen with self-custodial wallets. Period.
As perniciously-controlled governments worldwide, in lock-step fashion, push to ban, regulate, and control crypto (and anything else that actually helps people or gives them an advantage), self-custodial wallets are now moving into the cross-hairs. For those who have been paying attention, this was expected sooner or later, exactly because such wallets, where people are custodians of their keys, cannot be controlled or seized. Generating fear is the tactic used now, to frighten people sufficiently so that they abandon the 'dangers' of their self-custodial wallets, for the 'safety' of 'compliant' centralized KYC exchanges and financial firms.
More and more, very thankfully, people worldwide are able to see this tyrannical push to control crypto assets (and every area of their lives), and are starting to ignore the FUD, stand their ground, and say 'no'. Saying 'no' is equally important to the CBDCs (Central Bank Digital Currencies), that are also now beginning to be implemented in various countries around the world. As I've said, not all crypto is the same, and CBDCs, which are centrally controlled (we do not own the keys), are the prime example of this. These will be tied to digital IDs and a social-credit system, allowing for almost complete control of populations on the part of governments (that are supposed to be serving the people, but are really just puppets serving very dark agendas). CBDCs must be completely rejected, of course.
So, if the criminals who make the 'laws' designate self-custodial wallets as 'illegal', will you comply, or will you say, 'no, I don't think I will', and carry on your merry crypto way? The satanic slave system won't give up its slaves easily, so it's going to need a little encouragement from all of us. Regardless of what 'my' government dictates, I will still show up here on this badass, bodacious, and beloved Blockchain every day, to continue creating, building, and growing, just like I have for the past 2.5+ years. I look forward to you being here with me.
Yesterday, Thursday, I left the Flow House, after finishing up on Hive, just before 2PM, straining out and blending kefir (kefir-honey-cinnamon-cacao) first, then taking more photos for these posts. Once those we done, I focused on continuing to weed my Coleus bed, between Tutu's and Kana's house/the fenced garden/the nureries, for while. I worked until just before sunset, and when I finished, I took a shower, made myself some food in the Landing, then I headed back to the Flow House, to get to my evening round of Hive tasks, and catching up on notifications. I got everything done on Hive super early, just after 8PM, and after scanning my feeds on Bastyon and X for a good while, I went to bed just before 12AM. I didn't sleep very well, sadly, waking up at 6:30AM, doing some token management, starting on this post, then getting out of bed around 8AM to go make my superfood fire coffee.
It's now just after 11AM, so a marvelous time to end this post, so that I can get to a few important Hive tasks, then prepare for my session with Amelia at 1PM. I deeply appreciate you all so very much! Until tomorrow! Forward, onward, and upward, joyfully together! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
2024 Life Goals
1.) Heal my broken heart, reignite my heart sun, and embody a solid, healthy masculine, allowing my electric fire to shine bright, no matter what others, especially women, say or do.
2.) Bring myself and my life back into balance, integration, and wholeness.
3.) Do regular (naked) integral practices again, alone or with others.
4.) Dance regularly again.
5.) Work with natural entheogens (mushrooms, ganja, ayahuasca), with punctuated regularity, as a part of my healing process again.
6.) Get, and keep, regular deep, integral energy-body-tantric work healing sessions for women flowing again.
7.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.
8.) Make my plant nursery beautiful again.
9.) Live as an integral part of a juicy heart-resonant soul tribe community, with deep, coherent mutual and shared passion, purpose, mission, love, warmth care, sweetness, reverence, respect, aliveness, admiration, excitement, enjoyment, playfulness, work, fun, laughter, attraction, and all-level connections and relationships.
10.) Make love with the woman, or the women, that I love, every day, as a sacred devotional practice.
11.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.

You're very right about that, @hafiz34. They'll do whatever they can, no matter what, to maintain it. The only thing that allows them power is people's continued consent, compliance, and submission. If nobody cooperates and say 'no', the vast majority of their power evaporates like morning dew in the sun. 😁🙏💚✨🤙
