If so, every phone has a sequence of buttons to push to reboot it, but it differs between phone makers. It's the screen, not responding to touch. 😢 Can't turn it off as I need to press off on the screen. 🙃 I'm not sure how to resolve this, but let's see. I hope it can still be fixed. I don't like changing mobile phones all the time. !LOL 😆

OK, that's what I figured. If you do a search online for the buttons or button sequence for your model of phone to access the boot/recovery menu, you'd be able to reboot or reset it back to factory settings.
