Well, I'd hope that they either train to improve their skill, or just leave coding if they don't, because nobody needs unskilled people in projects who don't learn well. π π π β¨ π€

Indeed, however most people are followers, so they'll use of what others do, which often means that they'll enlist someone's services if others do, even it the individual that they enlist is far less skilled than someone cheaper, but less known. π π π β¨ π€
