I'd try it. I'm still trying to make myself try bugs though... I think if someone else prepared it I'd give it a try. So far, the most adventurous thing I've tried was whale when I was in Iceland. That was really good - it was served raw, marinated in soy sauce (I didn't know I was intolerant to soy then.) It tasted like fishy beef.
