What have worked :
We have agregate a lot of wisdom from many educated and intelligent people.
All of them thought, few month agao, when they joined that Seeds 1.0 is a good idea.
The Ambassador academy helped 160 people to meet and to share their projects.
Dozens of wonderful documents have been elaborated to describe what is SEEDS.
We learn that SEEDS must be based on bioregions
What did not work :
With 300 people willing to exchange their feelings and their ideas, we have generated 300 pages of thinkings daily that nobody can assimilate in one day. We did not choose the proper tool to discuss.
Delay in the evolution of the Passport have discouraged many
Inability to execute the planned incresead price or Seeds has brought a huge hurdle to overcome
Too big expectations, Seeds will not compensate for 2 centuries of differenciate development, slavery and capitalism in 2 years.
Tempral dissymetry : the initial participants hve earn much more Seeds that the new comers can ever earn.
Fair income : many discussions haven’t conclude about what could be a fair income for participants. This is due to the fact that it is not possible to fairly evaluate the value of work.
What I have learn from Seeds 1.0 for Seeds 2.0
Each bioregions have very different needs. We don’t need a centralized place to vote for proposals, we don’t need a single tool to vote or to express ourselves.
Seeds 2.0 should be build bottom-up by taking the essence of each bioregions. We don’t need anymore someone proposing a centralized tokenomics or the rules of game for every region. Every bioregion is playing a different game.
We don’t need the same DAO tool for each bioregion or each ecovillage.
Spirituallity should be rooted in the tokenomics. People are not immature, there are beautiful. But not anyone share the same goals. And of course spirituality is has diverse as cultures. After 100,000 years of development of different langages, each culture has developped its own words to describe the source and our relationship to the source.
Urgent needs often overcome long term objectives. When you have nothing to finish the ongoing month, you don’t care about the end of the world. People will always prefer short term solutions to nourrish their children than promises.
