I had a swell time today. I got invited for a Fashion hangout.

Ananse Centre of Design to be precise which partnered with other fashion brand.

I didn't know want to expect from the hangout but I went with an open mind to vibe, network and acquire more knowledge.
Because of this, I left home pretty early to beat traffic, as I wanted to arrive at the venue early enough.

But what's Lagos road without traffic? Haha. I still got stuck somehow. However,I arrived 30mins after the designated time.

I met a few people seated, so I grabbed a sit too while observing everyone.
The program started immediately I sat down and I was glad I was right on time.

The host introduced herself and asked everyone to follow suit. After which the program officially started.

It was such an impactful hangout. I learned about different ways of marketing my brand and also pricing strategy.

Learned other ways to stand out in the fashion industry. From creating a tech park to product development.

After three hours, we went for a little break. I took the opportunity to tour round the building.
At the reception, I found some people taking pictures and vibing.

When I came out of the building I took a shot of it.

The compound was adorned with beautiful flowers.

This one especially was aesthetically pleasing. It's so colorful.

Then I saw pictures of their supporters. I love how organized the space was.

I took pictures of the corner I loved the most. The space was a minimalist space which is very beautiful.

After a mini tour round the building, I went back to the room as the next section was about to begin.

The next speaker talked extensively on finance analysis and tax. He made it clear why a business owner should register their business and the benefits of doing so.

It was such a fun and meaningful experience. I was glad I didn't miss it.
We played some games, exchanged contact with other guest and ate.
Ieft there few minutes to six in the evening.

I knew it was gonna be anotherong trip back home, so I chilled for a moment before hitting the road officially.

My walk to Ananse centre for design was worth it.
I look forward to more impactful hangout like this.

Images belong to me.

This was an unusual Wednesday Walk post, but a walk regardless. Sounds like that was a valuable seminar, so to speak, because you always take away something, even if you cannot apply it right away, at least you increased your knowledge.
Have a lovely day!
Thank you very much. Yes I did increase my knowledge.
This environ is so beautiful. I'm sure he energy here would be full of possibility.
