Often we are faced with a choice - which road to choose, where to go? Left or right?
The trick of choosing in this case is that by choosing either of these two roads, we will return to this place again. This is the road around the Black Forest.
But I usually choose the left direction and walk along the edge of the forest along the riverbank.

This year the apple trees were resting from the harvest. Spring was very unfavorable for the formation of apples. Only such small wild apples have grown, which even birds do not eat. And in the spring I thought that I could pick a lot of apples in this meadow. But I was wrong.
It was our family Sunday walk. In the morning, an hour before the walk, snow began to fall and a cold north wind blew. But we decided to go towards the river to give our dog a lot of running. On weekdays, we walk with her for only 15 minutes along the road.
When we walked across the field, the dog ran around us almost without stopping. She was running around like her ass was smeared with turpentine. But when we came to the forest, she began to behave more calmly. She even stopped often to look back in our direction. And she sniffed literally everything around her.
During my life in this village, the road in this forest along the riverbank has shifted to the right side, perhaps already by 50 meters. Every spring, the edge of the shore collapses down and the road disappears. This year, in the spring, the water was small and the shore practically did not fall. I must say that for about 3 years there was no road for cars at all, there was a narrow pedestrian path. Last year, in the fall, someone tried very hard and made a road about 10 meters from the shore. There was a very strong wind several times in the summer and many large old trees fell in the forest. The poachers tried again and sawed the trees that had fallen on the road. At least there is some benefit from poachers.
On Saturday, I was walking on this sandy beach, and the dog was running around in circles on it so much that dust was rising behind it. Now there is snow on the beach. And the ice on the river formed stronger. Ice floes float and rub against each other. Strong ice will not appear on the river for a long time. The weather forecast promises positive temperatures

Yes, there is a lot of room for a dog to walk. But soon there will be snow lying here, the height of the snow cover is sometimes waist-high. And then it will be possible to walk with the dog only on the road, keeping it on a leash.
