The important thing is to stay active and keep an eye on your weight. I hope you’ll be able to go for a walk very soon, it’s wonderful. Those photos are incredible, especially the colours! Thank you very much!

Indeed your right and thats what I am doing, I may not be gettign out for photo walks, but am getting my steps in every day plus some riding on the exercise bike ;)
Walking is also good for reducing stress and clearing your mind, but one thing at a time.
