The blue hour is when the sun is no longer there, but there is still light. There is never much light, for this there is a diaphragm and shutter speed. But little light ... this happens much more often.
Without a tripod with me, I had to take darkish shots and then lighten them during processing. At the same time I applied separate tinting.

Не имея с собой штатива мне пришлось делать темноватые кадры и потом их проявлять при обработке. Заодно применил рездельное тонирование.

Wow, you have a very steady hand shooting hand held with so little light. Even though you shot darker and made the photos brighter in Lightroom, they look very good.
