Heya Ebrinyan~ Welcome back again and again to another post I am gonna share with you. Today, I will be sharing with you a really special day that my partner and I spent together again. We planned to have a fun adventure roaming aorund the city, exploring, and making the most of our time. It all truly turned out to be an experience filled with love, style, discoveries, and meaningful moments. So, buckle up and join me as I walk you through our day, especially our time at 888 Bacolod, Philippines, where we dove deep into the world of fashion, but with a heartfelt start.
Our day began with a purposeful errand. before we dived into our adventure and started hunting for clothes and accessories, we headed to the nearest drugstore. We needed to buy some medicines for my boyfriend's sister, who is currently recovering at home after being diagnosed with cancer. The experience was sobering and emotional, it was a reminder that life is so precious and sometimes you have to balance fun with responsibility. It also made our day more meaningful because knowing we could help in some way added warmth to our hearts.
For me, I'm really drawn to styles like emo, goth, and grunge. There's something about the bold, dark aesthetics and expressions of individuality that really speak to me. So I was especially eager to check out the shops at 888 Bacolod to see if I could find anything that caught my eye, maybe some statement jackets, band tees, chunky boots, or eye-catching accessories like chains, chokers, or distinctive jewelry. It felt like a treasure hunt, each store offering the possibility of a new piece to add to my collection or inspire my look.
While I was scanning the racks for clothes with dark hues, distressed fabrics, band tees, leather jackets, and statement accessories like chokers and chains, my boyfriends was on a different mission. He wanted to find brand new shirts and pants that reflected his laid-back yet fashionable style. It was fun seeing hime try on a different outfits, and I enjoyed giving my honest opinion. Shopping with a loved one always makes the experience so much better, it's not just about the clothes but the shared laughter, advice, and playful teasing.
We spent hours wandering around the vibrant mall,hopping from one store to another, trying on clothes, comparing styles, and sometimes just laughing at the silly fashion experiments we'd do just for fun. Beyond the shopping, what really made the day unforgettable was just being together, talking about life, sharing thoughts, cracking inside jokes, and enjoying the simple pleasure of each other's company. It felt like time slowed down and we could breathe, free from all the usual distractions.
Occasionally, we would stop for snacks or coffee, sitting down in those little cafes where we could watch the people passing by, talk about our dreams, or just hold hands and smile. I found some pieces that fit perfectly within my emo-grunge vibe, and he found a couple of shirts and pants he totally loved, so it was a win-win for both of us!
Heading back home, our hearts were full, not just with new clothes but with love, hope and gratitude. This day showed me the beauty of balancing care for others with taking time for yourselves, exploring passions, and making memories.
