This is such a nice, calm, and peaceful river. I loved its name Pemigawasset. What does this name mean? Anyway, how unfortunate that you didn't catch any fish there. It would be awesome if you get some and we can able to see what kind of fish lives there.
I noticed that the Pemigawasset river is pretty clean. Then, I think it's okay to swim there, isn't it? I loved to see this kind of scenery because I was able to see what it looks like in a foreign country. It was really amazing! Have some !PIZZA
Thanks! Yeah it's a wonderful place for sure. The area we spend a lot of time in has a lot of Native American names to it. Pemigawasset, Piscataqua, Androscoggin are some of the names of the rivers around and it's nice to see them get some recognition for their ingenious ways and adaptation of their way of life to the region for so long.
It's clean and people do swim in it yeah. I think it's likely because the rivers here freeze during the winter so the water is incredibly cold except for maybe 45 days in the summer, where it's not too cold to fend off the heat that we get exposed to. We haven't swam in the river yet but maybe one day!
