Yes, it's certainly enviable. Walking is already a rejuvenating activity in itself, but doing it in such a setting is even more so. I read in a magazine that a monk had been granted permission to take long silent walks with prisoners, and that their reintegration rate was significantly higher than that of those who didn’t take part in the walks.
