After receiving the greatest shock of my life yesterday, I still feel numb. I kept wondering how I missed it, how and when things went south. I was deeply hurt, over what was lost and the trust and friendship that was broken. Truly, love and friendship always blur the line. You get carried away, it just might be too late when you’re back on track.
Enough of my poetic lines, guys, hehehehe😂
So after sulking and analyzing the whole incident over and over again, I slept and woke up, more energized this morning and ready to take the world by storm.

Today was one of those days when I got off work early. Instead of taking a vehicle home like I usually did, I decided to walk. It was quite a distance, but it was worth it nonetheless.
The walk was refreshing and great, just what I needed to calm my nerves. No talking, no chaos, just me in my little bubble, oblivious to the people around me, and enjoying every bit of it.

As I continued walking to my apartment, I stopped by the mall to get a gift for my colleague; her birthday is in two days, and I wanted to get her something nice.

While walking around the aisles, I couldn’t get over the freshness of these fruits, they look so healthy and succulent, and in my book, they are worth every penny.

I got my friend’s gift and continued walking to my apartment.

Not to return home quickly, I stopped at my friend’s saloon. I met her two kids, and I was so happy to see them, as usual. I was all smiles the moment I saw the pictures we took, proof that kids make the world a better place by filling it with so much love and warmth. I mean they don’t need to do too much to achieve that. These were my favourite pictures, though.

I passed by one of the busiest apartments in the neighborhood and couldn't help but be proud of the owner of the apartment. This was an old apartment, but it was recently renovated, and ever since, it’s been packed with people.

They have a snooker table here, and most times, I usually stop by to learn how to play. My neighbor was kind enough to give me some free lessons. I don't know why it took me so long to learn how to play snooker, but hey, baby steps😊
Snooker is just one of the many games I’m willing to give a chance this year.

Walking is therapeutic, and I highly recommend it! Feeling a type of way? WALK it out🥰
