I think that in the morning almost midday is the best time to walk during the winter, especially if you take the opportunity to do some errands.
The streets you have there to walk are beautiful, I love the stone wall, the succulent path is very striking, that tall stem accompanied by the succulents below, has many similarities to the Diplodocus dinosaurs
It's wonderful that you found the Santa Claus parade, it looks very fun
