Greetings, Wednesday vibes! How’s everyone doing? I hope your midweek is going fine. I decided to take a walk along the seashore today just to breathe and relax for a while. Nothing planned nothing special i just felt like going out and letting the beach clear my head.

When i stepped on the sand it felt soft and a bit warm and for some reason it made me feel lighter right away. The waves kept coming in touching my feet then sliding back again. They were not strong waves just gentle ones that made the walk feel even more calming. Each step i took left a mark on the sand, and then the water would come in and erase it. I don’t know why but watching that felt comforting.

There were a few people around the beach someone fixing a fishing net a couple of people chatting near their motorbikes and some just sitting quietly and watching the water. Even with people there it did not feel noisy at all. The sound of the waves was louder than everything else like it was setting the mood for the whole place.

I stopped a few times just to look at the sea. The sky and the water met in a straight line and it looked calm and steady. The sun was starting to lower a bit giving everything a warm light. The water looked like it was shining every time the waves moved.

As i kept walking i passed by small shells tiny crabs trying to hide in the sand and bits of driftwood that the water had pushed to the shore. Simple things but they made the walk feel more real more alive.

By the time i reached the far end of the beach felt different in a good way. My mind felt lighter like the wind and the waves took away all the noise i had been carrying. It wasn’t a big moment or anything dramatic. It was just a simple Wednesday walk by the sea but sometimes that is all you really need to feel okay again..
