Reminds me a bit when I was offered free tickets from a Patient that wanted to go on a 14 day cruise to and back from Alaska. It was the most wonderful experience to go as his private nurse to meet his health care needs for the whole trip. Shopping, entertainment, off board excursions and the food was totally yummy. My kids got to come along too.

My kids frequented a Grill that served burgers and fries with choices in 5 different !PIZZA and/or ice cream, figures.
