A Day With Nature

A walk on Wednesday is very pleasant after the previous days were so busy. Although for some people, this day isn't so pleasant because they say it's a bad day. For me, it's a day to start new things, to pick things up again, and to try anew. To do this, it's necessary to immerse ourselves in the beauty of nature, and from early on, the day was beautiful. I was inspired to take a walk in the cool weather and under a clear blue sky, and I didn't want to miss it, so I headed straight to the park to find that green space that always opens the way for us to breathe fresh air.

Un Día Con La Naturaleza

Un paseo el miércoles es muy grato, luego que los días anteriores estuvieron cargados de mucha actividad. Aunque este día para algunas personas, no es tan grato porque dicen que está atravesado. Para mí es un día para emprender y retomar las cosas e intentarlo de nuevo. Para ello es necesario de impregnarnos con lo bello de la naturaleza y desde temprano el día se mostró muy hermoso, me inspiro para dar un paseo con un clima muy fresco y un cielo azul despejado y no quería despreciarlo y me dirigí directamente al parque para encontrarme con esa zona verde, que siempre nos abre el camino para respirar el aire puro.

I sometimes take refuge in this park because it's so enchanting. It's very spacious, with vast expanses of green areas and countless trees that sway in the gentle breeze. Early in the morning, the sun warms it softly, and I can watch the birds bathing in the puddles left by the rain. These sights fill me with serenity. The park's lakes and the beautiful landscapes surrounding them are also lovely.

En este parque me refugio a veces porque es muy encantador, es muy amplio, tiene grandes extensiones de áreas verdes, y cantidades de árboles que se mecen con el suspiro del viento, y cuando es temprano el sol calienta suavemente, puedo ver las aves que se bañan en los charcos de agua que deja la lluvia, estas imágenes me trasmiten serenidad. Así como también sus lagos y los bonitos paisajes que se tornan alrededor de esas lagunas.

Today the park is deserted, but my imagination soars as I recall seeing children enjoying themselves there on other occasions, and I can almost see them now. Hearing their shouts and laughter, it seems as if they leave their very essence in the place. I wanted to capture these images because they are captivating, and I wanted to convey the moments I was able to capture as my feet wandered along those paths. The park's tranquility invited me to reflect on what the rest of my week would hold and to choose a day like today to plan, surrounded by an inspiring atmosphere.

Hoy el parque se muestra solo, pero mi imaginación vuela cuando he visto a los niños disfrutar en ellos, en otras oportunidades, y me parece verlos en este momento. Oyendo sus algarabías y risas, parecieran que dejan su esencia en el lugar. He querido plasmar mis imágenes porque resultan atrayentes y quería trasmitirle los momentos que pude capturar, mientras mis pasos recorrían esos senderos, la quietud del parque me invito a reflexionar sobre lo que sería el resto de mi semana y escoger un día como hoy para planificar, pero en medio de un ambiente que te inspire.

I tried to capture spontaneous images. Sitting on one of the benches set up for resting, I could see the daily flow of people entering the park. Some were simply relaxing, while others, young people, were engaged in various activities. A diverse group of people sharing these spaces for our well-being. I believe these moments of leisure rejuvenate us and prepare us to face our daily routine.

Traté de buscar imágenes espontáneas. Al sentarme en uno de los bancos dispuestos para descansar, pude divisar el movimiento diario de personas que entraban al parque. Otras solo relajadas y algunos jóvenes practicando actividades. Una diversidad de perronas que comparten en grupo, estos espacios para el bienestar de nuestra salud, creo que estos instantes de esparcimiento nos renuevan y nos preparan para enfocar nuestra rutina diaria.
