Among the benefits that we can get when we walk is the elimination of several diseases such as tingling and it can also make our bodies fitter today in the morning I went to the market to shop for some necessities but in the afternoon I saw so many people walking towards market and buy the necessities they want and this is a very good thing.
I saw this, the action taken by mothers going to the market on foot carrying the goods they bought was a very simple thing. However, they can also do this in other places, such as farmers going to the fields using their feet, no longer using motorbikes, this is an effective way for us to exercise.
