The last few days I have been affected by circulatory problems I get a kind of tingling and many cramps is a very uncomfortable feeling the doctor recommended short walks to help my situation as I went to visit my younger brother who lives a little retired but it was a visit of only one day I told him what the doctor had told me and he said that walking in the sand helps a lot so we went for a walk on the beach he lives in a very nice tourist area in the state of Anzotegui Venezuela.
The beach is called the channels as it is Wednesday and by the time I arrived there were not many bathers but my purpose was not really bathe but walk in the sand is therapy helps the circulatory system the beach is not very large so the tour did not last many hours of course take advantage of breathing fresh air.
There were a lot of seagulls flying around I wanted to take a picture but they kept getting away from me so I took them while they were flying there was a beautiful blue sky.
The breeze hit my face it was a pleasant sensation to walk on the sand it was a little complicated because of my problem but when I finished that walk I felt very good it is an excellent therapy.
On the way, I found a boat on the shore as if it were buried, it looks like it has been there for many years.

I am a great believer that walking barefoot in the sand is good for ones health so I helped it help you
