Today’s #WednesdayWalk by @tattoodjay is actually a seminar I went to on Real Estate. The anchor took his time to explain:
- What Real Estate is: What is permanently attached to the ground be it natural or man made.
- The categories in Real Estate; depending on what it is being used for ranging from empty land, residence, commercial(Lease or let), industrial, among others
- How to spot a potentially profitable property
- How to avoid scams and things to look out for; Ensuring the land or properties is physically visited and documents are available
- Visiting the properties with a profession as well as a legal practitioner.
The seminal was so much interesting and since this is the very first kind of this, I will be attending the next one and will be writing more on guide to real estate and hoe not to make a mistake in the purchase or a good properties.

After the seminar, we went to site to make some inspection. One beautiful thing about this seminar is that after the class we sent to site. This was like a practical part of the seminar. To every theory without practical one tend to forget easily what is being taught. A practical part of every event makes that happening stick to the brain that was what the anchor actually wanted for us to get a proper and real sense of feel of Real Estate.

I am glad I was available to attend this seminar. Learning and having another idea of real estate is an addendum to my knowledge. I am a Tech person and this will really help me in making a wise investment decision in the nearest future.
